Method
A clear system from idea to market.
The same six stages apply whether a brand is starting from nothing or developing an existing business.
- 01
Discover
Understand the brand, founder, audience, market, ambition, current problems, timeline, and commercial reality.
- 02
Define
Set positioning, scope, objectives, direction, priorities, responsibilities, and approval points.
- 03
Develop
Build the identity, collection, product, packaging, campaign, and digital system.
- 04
Make
Coordinate sampling, suppliers, factories, materials, production, quality, and technical execution.
- 05
Present
Create campaign imagery, content, lookbooks, websites, launch materials, and sales-facing assets.
- 06
Launch
Prepare delivery, publishing, rollout, performance review, and the next development phase.

Working model
How we work together.
Approvals
Each stage closes with a written approval before the next begins, so direction is never re-opened mid-production.
Feedback rounds
Two consolidated feedback rounds per deliverable are included. Additional rounds are agreed in advance.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, access to existing assets and data, decision-maker availability, and approval of costs before commitments.
Production checkpoints
Fabric approval, first sample, pre-production sample, inline inspection, and final inspection before shipping.
Communication
One project lead, one channel, scheduled updates, and written records of every decision.
Final delivery
Organised source files, production documentation, image libraries, and handover notes for the next phase.
